We’re proud to announce that Insum has obtained the ISO 9001:2015 quality management certification!
ISO 9001 is an internationally recognized quality standard that helps organizations with a strong customer focus meet the needs and expectations of their clients through an effective quality management system (QMS). To comply with ISO 9001, Insum underwent a rigorous evaluation of its business processes, its quality management system, and passed an audit. The audit was conducted by the Bureau de Normalization du Québec (BNQ), an organization mandated by the Québec government to oversee standardization.
Insum’s long term goal is to remain the world’s center of excellence for Oracle APEX development. This means consistently delivering quality application development and project management services, on time and on budget. To achieve this goal, our QMS includes the following practices:

- Continuously refine development standards, strengthen training, and improve upon good practices while developing innovative techniques.
- Continuously improve communication with clients for better responsiveness to their needs.
